Graduate School Scholarship Opportunity (2010-2011 Academic Year)
I am grateful to WCCMA for teaching me all about the manager-council form of government, providing me with knowledgeable and caring mentors, giving me the opportunity to build my network of professional contacts at the summer conference, and assisting me with the cost of graduate school tuition. But the greatest benefit of being a scholarship recipient has been the relationships I have developed and the support I have received from these dedicated, passionate public servants. It will be an honor to serve with them. – Stephanie Schwenger, 2009-10 WCCMA Scholarship winner
