The President and Vice President are each elected for a one year term. The Secretary-Treasurer by contract is the Executive Director of MRSC (Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington). Board of Directors members are elected for two year terms. The terms change at the WCMA (Washington City/County Management Association) Summer Conference, which is held every August. The Past President serves for one year.
