The President and Vice President are each elected for a one year term. The Secretary-Treasurer by contract is the Executive Director of MRSC (Municipal Research & Services Center of Washington). Board of Directors members are elected for two year terms. The terms change at the WCMA (Washington City/County Management Association) Summer Conference, which is held every August. The Past President serves for one year.
